Recipe Du Jour [Apple, Strawberry Banana Protein Shake!]
What you’ll need [Serves one]:
1 cup almond milk.
1 large banana.
1 large apple.
½ cup organic strawberries.
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder.

DIRECTIONS:
Blend almond milk, banana and apple first. Once blended, add protein and blend. Add ice cubes incrementally until desired thickness is achieved.
