HR management hires each candidate who satisfies the assessment protocol (A1, A2 and A3) until the hiring campaign reaches ninety percent capacity. The hiring process contains no subjective elements (racial/gender bias, overall appearance, age). Decisions are solely based on a QA model (quantitative analysis via Amazon AWS). The QA model establishes a minimum score requirement per assessment. Satisfy each minimum assessment score and a job offer will be drafted forthwith.
