Set 1: 1-3 mins;  Rest: 30s
Set 2: 1-3 mins;  Rest: 40s
Set 3: 1-3 mins;  Rest: 50s
Set 4: 1-3 mins;  Rest: 60s
Set 5: 1-5 mins
: 60s-90s
