Exam Reschedule
If you wish to reschedule a registered exam date, you must do so before the original date arrives. Once the original date has arrived, you may no longer reschedule your exam. It is too late at that point. Any proper exam date reschedule must adhere to the thirty (30) day timeline restriction originally set forth. Job candidates are allotted thirty (30) days to have the exam administered. After thirty (30) days, a fee exempt exam will not be processed. The timeline began the day your A1 was approved. Job candidates are allotted one (1) exam date reschedule. Any/All subsequent reschedule attempts will be null and void.

If the time to reschedule your exam has passed, a retake exam may be submitted in lieu of a fee exempt exam. Keep in mind, no candidate is required to submit a retake registration for employment consideration. HR considers the exam process a 'one and done'. If you missed your exam, that concludes recruitment. Your HR team member will not contact you to provide employment continuance consultation. However, HR does recognize that extenuating circumstances exist. Therefore, a retake exam will be considered if submitted.
*A retake exam does not necessarily imply the existence of a preceding exam. In other words, one is not required to have taken the knowledge exam prior to having a retake exam administered. Retake exams can (and will) be considered in lieu of an EFE exam (the exam that was originally scheduled).
