* Text servers are not audible connections (IVR systems). All NorthStar numbers are SMS/MMS only, not VoIP. A busy signal will be heard at anytime the server detects a voice channel (DTMF).


SMS: To reach a specific NorthStar Division, tag your text. The server will redirect your message to the web office of the individual in charge of the division indicated. If you are texting a particular individual, tag his/her name.
